Long hours and hard work paid off for Boyd student Kimie Beverly, a Public Interest Fellow, who was rewarded with the introduction of a new bill which allows disabled veterans with a permanent, service-connected disability rated as 100 percent to travel aboard military aircraft under the Space-A (space available) program.
