Congratulations to Garman Turner Gordon Professor of Law, Nancy Rapoport, who was recently asked if one of her articles could be featured in the Harvard Law School Bankruptcy Roundtable. Nancy's piece, Client-Focused Management of Expectations for Legal Fees in Large Chapter 11 Cases, will be the focus of discussion. Another of our faculty, Professor Eve Hanan, was featured in The Nevada Independent for her timely and important article on selective prisoner release amidst Covid-19. Thank you to our faculty for continuing to be at the forefront of scholarship and policy.
