  • Practice essays and outlines you’ve drafted

  • Practice MBE questions and answer explanations

     

Remember: The most successful takers are proactive and organized. Start with the resources you already have, then let us know exactly where you’re stuck. We’re committed to helping you close every gap before exam day.

Step-By-Step Guide

  • Make sure you’ve reviewed your commercial vendor's relevant outlines, lectures, practice essays, and MBE question banks.
  • Before asking for additional help, try:
    • Re-reading the section in your outline or watching the video module again
    • Attempt a practice essay or 15 practice MBE questions on the topic
    • Reviewing the model answers and explanations in the provider’s materials
    • Contacting your Bar Director with your company for support

  • If you’ve exhausted your commercial resources and still have unresolved issues, email me at Nachman.Gutowski@unlv.edu:
    • A brief description of the concept you’re struggling with
    • The specific practice question(s) you’ve attempted, and your answer or outline
    • Any relevant references (outline page numbers, lecture timestamps, etc.)
  • I’ll review your materials, help with any missed nuances, and either clarify directly or suggest targeted techniques for improvement.
