Harvard/UNC, several lawsuits have been filed challenging Native Hawaiian programs, including a suit by SFFA challenging the admissions program at Kamehameha Schools. This year’s National Tribal Judicial Academy is designed to prepare tribal citizens — including those without formal legal training — to serve effectively on the bench.
