We can currently assist people with DACA RENEWALS. We can assist any Nevada resident, though we give priority to UNLV students and staff.

The UNLV Immigration Clinic assists with the preparation of DACA forms FREE of charge. Unfortunately, although our assistance is free, there is no waiver for the government (USCIS) fee for the DACA application, so beneficiaries must pay the $495 application fee.
