DACA Intake Form

Right now, we are only able to help those who are renewing their DACA. We cannot help first-time applicants at this time due to pending federal litigation. We will continue to provide free assistance with DACA renewals for all members of the community.

Please fill out this form if you would like to renew your DACA.

Have you moved since your last DACA application was approved?
Have you been convicted of any crimes since your last DACA application was approved?

After your form has been submitted, you will be contacted by email for the following information:

  1. Your previous DACA application, or to complete a worksheet;
  2. A scan or picture of your current work authorization card; and,
  3. A list of all addresses at which you have lived since your last DACA application was approved.

We can only begin working on your DACA application once we receive the requested information. Volunteers will fill out your new DACA applications with this information. When your application is complete, you will receive an email with a link to schedule a meeting with an attorney to review the forms. After review, the forms will be available to pick up at the Community Advocacy Office located in downtown Las Vegas.

It is important you monitor your email inbox and spam folder for emails from ULS@UNLV.EDU.

Unfortunately, due to pending DACA litigation, we are not currently able to help with initial DACA applications. This is because while USCIS will accept initial DACA applications and take your money, there is no way to predict when or if new DACA applications will be approved. USCIS also does not have a plan in place to return your money in the event the DACA program is terminated.

Information submitted through this intake form will be treated confidentially. However, completion of this form does not guarantee that the UNLV Immigration Clinic will be able to provide legal services of any case, and does not impose any duty on the UNLV Immigration Clinic other than confidentiality.
