Part 4 concludes our four-part Judgment & Decision-Making mini-series with panel discussion featuring legal professionals and academic experts. We discuss implicit association research and learn whether and to what degree training can mitigate implicit bias. We also expand our discussion of strategies for improving our own judgment and decision-making, while more deeply considering our ability to support colleagues and clients to exercise their best judgment. Additionally, we’ll discuss best practices for promoting better decision-making at school, at home, and in the workplace.
