The faculty at the Boyd School of Law is recognized both nationally and internationally for its scholarship in the areas of intellectual property law, entertainment law, and cyberlaw, and has authored publications on U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and patent law, and major casebooks. The faculty regularly contributes to debates concerning legislative proposals and the future course of intellectual property policies.
